  • Civil Litigation Attorney Brunn & Flynn, an AV-rated law firm, has served clients in Northern California for more than sixty years.
The successful candidate will serve new and long-standing clients in most areas of civil law. We are actively recruiting an attorney with at least two years of experience.   • Represent clients in all phases of civil trial work, including discovery and trial.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, discovery, pleadings, motions and other legal matters.
  • Appear in court and take and defend depositions.
  • Assist with trial preparations.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar.
  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with legal software tools for research and document management.

$100,000.00
