This is an in-office position in Sacramento, with hybrid flexibility after training. About the Role We are a plaintiff's personal injury firm seeking a motivated attorney to join our Sacramento office. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop practical legal skills, build client relationships, and learn how cases progress from intake through resolution. This position does not involve litigation, making it a great opportunity to master the fundamentals of case development, client communication, negotiation, and strategy. What You'll Be Doing After training, you'll take an active role in moving cases forward and supporting clients: Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the process

Evaluate cases, identify legal issues, and develop strategy

Review medical records and demand packages

Work with case managers to keep cases progressing

Negotiate with insurance companies and help resolve cases

Ensure clients are receiving proper treatment and support

Example:

You might speak with a client in the morning, assess liability and damages midday, and negotiate a settlement by the end of the week—gaining real-world experience quickly.

Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate

Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$90,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance
