Position We're looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team and help carry that mission forward. This role manages a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution — including negotiation and settlement — while delivering the kind of hands-on, personal client experience Sam & Ash is known for. Candidates with plaintiff PI experience are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Manage and advocate for clients in personal injury matters Lead case negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients, holding insurance carriers accountable Serve as a consistent, dedicated point of contact for clients throughout the life of each case Collaborate with and guide a client success team Maintain organized, accurate case files and meet all relevant deadlines Take on increasing case complexity and leadership responsibility as the firm grows Qualifications JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar membership in good standing (Nevada or California) Prior experience in plaintiff personal injury law preferred Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills A genuine, client-first approach to the practice of law Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple case files in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Schedule Starting salary of $165,000 for qualified candidates Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Benefits (401(k), medical, dental, and vision)
