Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support our legal team in managing family law cases. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working as a family law paralegal and possess strong legal support skills. This role involves assisting attorneys with case preparation, client communication, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient case management and excellent client service. The successful candidate will handle confidential information with professionalism and demonstrate proficiency in legal writing. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence related to family law cases Manage case files, organize documents, and maintain accurate records in compliance with confidentiality standards Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information for case progression Conduct legal research and support case strategy development as directed by attorneys Draft legal writing including affidavits, declarations, and other court documents Familiar with Clio Manage, Clio Grow, and Lawmatics Coordinate with courts, clients, and other parties involved in family law proceedings Support attorneys during hearings, mediations, or meetings as needed Skills 2-3 years of experience working as a family law paralegal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, Clio Manage, and Clio Grow is a plus Strong legal support experience with familiarity in family law procedures and documentation Legal administrative experience including managing case files and maintaining confidentiality Excellent client communication skills to handle sensitive situations professionally Strong legal writing skills for drafting various legal documents accurately Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and ethically Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively This position offers an engaging opportunity for experienced family law paralegals committed to providing high-quality support within a professional environment.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
