Job Description Summary:
The Legal Fellow will staff the Justice and Immigration Clinic's Ontario City Legal Services Project (OCLSP). As a licensed attorney, the fellow will provide immigration legal services to Ontario City residents who are low-income or indigent under the University of La Verne's funding agreement with Ontario City. The Fellow will work onsite from the JIC office on the CLPS campus in Ontario, CA, under the supervision of the JIC Director.
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish Culturally competent and trauma-informed interviewing skills Strong case management skills Strong organization skills Strong writing and legal research skills Detailed oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
