Job Overview 4 or more years of sophisticated law firm practice and civil litigation experience in California courts. Experience in financial services litigation, commercial/contract disputes, and labor and employment is a plus. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
