We are seeking a highly skilled Workers Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in workers compensation cases, providing expert legal advice and guidance throughout the claims process. The attorney will work to ensure clients receive the benefits they are entitled to while navigating complex legal and insurance issues. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in workers compensation cases and provide legal counsel throughout the claims process.
Review and analyze cases to determine the best course of action and legal strategy.
Negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair settlements for clients.
Prepare and file necessary legal documents, including claims, motions, and appeals.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to workers compensation and employment law.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals to facilitate case progression. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Currently admitted to a State Bar (good standing) or pending Bar results
Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers compensation law
Trial experience a plus Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
