This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated family law matters, appearing in court, working directly with clients, and being part of a collaborative, supportive team. The ideal candidate will have recent, consecutive California family law experience and be comfortable independently managing cases from inception through resolution. Responsibilities

Manage a family law caseload independently

Handle client communications and provide strategic legal guidance

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances

Conduct evidentiary hearings and participate in trials

Develop case strategy and move matters forward with minimal supervision

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff

Contribute to business development and networking efforts

Mentor junior attorneys and law clerks as needed

Qualifications

Active California Bar license in good standing

Minimum 5 years of recent, consecutive California family law experience

Strong litigation and courtroom experience

Experience handling hearings and trials

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to independently manage a caseload

Strong organizational and client-management abilities

Team-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
