We are currently looking for a motivated, team-oriented Intake Specialist to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities (Workflow):

Prompt Client Contact & Onboarding:

Receive qualified, pre-vetted leads and immediately connect with prospective clients to deliver an exceptional initial onboarding experience.

Agreement Execution:

Facilitate the efficient execution of Retainer Agreements, managing both electronic sign-offs (VineSign) and in-person office appointments.

Information & Evidence Intake:

Collect all essential case documentation from clients, including detailed incident facts, property damage photos, driver's licenses, health insurance details, police reports, and dashcam footage.

Case Creation:

Open and set up new case profiles in Filevine, accurately uploading all executed agreements, client details, and initial evidence files.

Team Communication & Assignment:

Notify the Attorney upon case creation, submit detailed intake summaries, and coordinate with assigned Case Managers and Legal Assistants to ensure a seamless case handoff.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with attorneys, clients, case managers, and legal assistants to ensure all initial case details are gathered promptly and accurately to launch each case smoothly. Qualifications (What we are looking for): No prior legal experience? No problem. We believe that the right attitude and a willingness to learn are more important than a long resume. Bilingual Skills:

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is required to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
