【Job Summary】 We are seeking a bilingual Immigration Attorney (Mandarin Chinese/English) to join our growing team. This role focuses on representing Mandarin-speaking clients in L-1 intracompany transferee visas, O-1 extraordinary ability visas, H-1B specialty occupation visas, and family-based immigration (including I-130, I-485, and consular processing). The ideal candidate is a licensed U.S. attorney who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, understands the unique needs of the Chinese immigrant and business community, and can independently manage cases from consultation to completion. 【Responsibilities】

• Consult with Mandarin-speaking clients to assess immigration cases, explain legal options, and develop case strategies
• Prepare and file L-1 intracompany transferee visa petitions (L-1A for managers/executives and L-1B for specialized knowledge employees), including new office petitions, extensions, and blanket applications
• Prepare and file O-1 extraordinary ability visa petitions for individuals with extraordinary ability in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics, including O-2 and O-3 dependents
• Prepare and file H-1B specialty occupation visa petitions, including initial H-1B, amendments, extensions, and transfers, as well as H-4 dependent applications
• Prepare and file family-based immigration applications, including I-130 petitions for alien relatives, I-485 adjustment of status, consular processing, and waivers (I-601, I-601A)
• Review client documents to ensure applications are complete and error-free before submission
• Prepare clients for USCIS interviews and provide legal guidance and strategy
• Draft legal documents including attorney briefs, RFE responses, motions, and legal memoranda
• Delegate tasks to and oversee immigration paralegals and support staff
• Provide bilingual (Chinese/English) legal communication with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel
• Contribute to client education through bilingual content (articles, videos) about L-1, O-1, H-1B, and family-based immigration topics 【Qualifications】

Required:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar (California Bar strongly preferred)
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English - both written and spoken (hard requirement)
• 2-5 years of experience as an immigration attorney
• Demonstrated experience in L-1, O-1, H-1B, and family-based immigration cases
• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
• Excellent legal writing and research skills

• California Bar license in good standing
• Experience with RFEs (Requests for Evidence) and NOIDs (Notices of Intent to Deny) for L-1, O-1, and H-1B petitions
• Experience with PERM labor certification and

• Experience with BIA appeals or federal court litigation
