Associate Attorney (Litigation & Transactional) We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate brings experience in both civil litigation and business transactional work and is eager to develop into a well-rounded commercial attorney. Responsibilities Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case strategy recommendations. Assist in all phases of discovery, including document review, deposition preparation, and expert coordination. Appear at hearings, depositions, and client meetings. Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court filings. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, and employment agreements. Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and general corporate compliance under California law. Support real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents. Collaborate with clients and outside counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters as needed. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California. 1-3 years of relevant experience in litigation and/or transactional practice. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.

Pay:

$100,000-$200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
