This firm focuses exclusively on trust, probate, conservatorship, guardianship, beneficiary rights, trustee disputes, elder financial abuse, and related litigation matters. Qualifications California Bar licensed attorney 3-8 years of litigation experience Probate litigation experience preferred Family law litigators with strong trial exposure encouraged to apply Ability to independently manage a caseload Strong leadership and client communication skills Experience mentoring junior attorneys Stable career history with demonstrated growth and commitment Why This Opportunity?
