We're seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is eager to build litigation and client counseling experience in a collaborative, supportive environment. What You'll Do Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings Negotiate favorable resolutions on behalf of clients Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service Meet billing expectations while maintaining high-quality work product What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active Bar membership and license to practice 10+ years of civil litigation experience Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management Knowledge of traditional billing practices, including billable and non-billable time Excellent legal writing, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment Why Join Us?
