Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to diagnose issues using automotive diagnostics equipment. Assist with automotive service tasks like tire mounting, balancing, and wheel alignments to maintain safety standards. Support the team in heavy lifting and mechanical tasks required for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Maintain detailed records of all services performed, ensuring accuracy for each vehicle's service history. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and answering questions professionally. Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong foundation in standard passenger car operation. Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics and fluid replacement procedures. Familiarity with automotive tools including hand tools, power tools, and alignment equipment. Ability to perform oil changes, tire services, minor mechanical repairs, and general vehicle maintenance efficiently. Physical ability to lift heavy objects regularly and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping.
