The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including probate and probate litigation, personal injury, family law, employment matters, and business litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, mentorship, career growth, and a collaborative work environment. Handle civil litigation matters from case inception through resolution. Represent clients in probate and probate litigation matters. Manage cases involving personal injury, family law, employment disputes, and business litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies. Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active California Bar license in good standing. Prior experience in civil litigation required. Experience with probate and probate litigation strongly preferred. Exposure to personal injury, family law, employment litigation, and business litigation is highly desirable. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to independently manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
