Background:
10-15 years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance defense or business litigation Trial experience with first chair jury trials preferred Manage all phases of litigation, from initial analysis through trial and resolution Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses and handle court appearances Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and arbitrations
