Denver, Colorado (100% Onsite)

- No Relocation Compensation: $125,000
- $185,000 Immediate Interviews | Same-Day Resume Review We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney
- Litigation to join a leading litigation team in Denver, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities Investigate and defend first-party and third-party insurance claims Handle matters involving: Personal Injury Construction Defect Premises Liability Insurance Coverage Disputes Bad Faith Litigation Take and defend depositions Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions Attend court hearings and litigation proceedings Conduct Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Active Colorado Bar License ( Mandatory ) 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment Experience in Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, or Coverage Litigation preferred Must be currently located in the Denver area Resume, Cover Letter, Writing Sample, and Salary Expectations required
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$125,000
