Location:
This is a full-time, on-site role in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This position is not remote or hybrid, and candidates must be able to commute reliably to the office.
Note:
Candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in Colorado at the time of hire. Litigation, collections, landlord-tenant, eviction, or community association experience is preferred, but the key requirement is a Colorado license, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced legal environment. Job Description Represent landlords, property managers, and community associations in eviction, collection, and litigation matters Make regular court appearances and communicate with opposing parties, defendants, clients, and internal team members Prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, notices, and other legal documents Handle a fast-paced caseload while staying organized, proactive, and responsive Work closely with partners, attorneys, and staff to learn firm processes and case strategy Take initiative in moving matters forward efficiently and professionally Support litigation, collections, and landlord-tenant matters from intake through resolution Contribute to a team-oriented office where reliability, follow-through, and attention to detail matter Qualifications Active Colorado law license required Litigation experience preferred Collections, eviction, landlord-tenant, or community association experience is a plus Strong writing, communication, organization, and multitasking skills Comfortable with court appearances and direct contact with clients and opposing parties Able to work on-site full-time in Wheat Ridge, CO Team player who can accept training, take initiative, and thrive in a busy legal environment Why You Will Love Working Here You will get practical courtroom and litigation experience early You will work in a focused legal niche with consistent demand across Colorado You will be part of a smaller team where your work has visible impact You will have a career path with potential long-term growth and partnership opportunity You will work in an informal, professional office environment with casual attire, free parking, and a collaborative team You will have regular office hours and the ability to build a legal career while still having a life outside the office
