Job Description
Boutique family law firm is looking for a litigation attorney with at least 3 years litigation experience to join its growing practice. Strong writing and research skills a must. Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, writing skills and an excitement to litigate. We provide a friendly and relaxed work environment. Must be licensed to practice law in Connecticut. Starting pay commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys Maintain client relationships Ability to handle a litigation from intake to conclusion Legal research Court appearances, both remote and in person Conduct and defend depositions Discovery review and analysis Draft motions and other documents necessary for trial Efficiency is a must Qualifications JD, bar passage and admitted to practice in Connecticut Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong legal knowledge and willingness to learn
