The ideal candidate must have experience in plaintiff's personal injury representation. Litigation experience preferred, and trial experience is a plus, but neither are required. We will train the right candidate in litigation and trial practice. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury matters throughout the entirety of the case, from initial client meeting through resolution. Starting salary will be adjusted for more experienced candidates. Duties Develop and maintain rapport with clients. Provide legal advice throughout the course of representation. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and court memoranda. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations. Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activities and developments. Collaborate with staff and other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive client service. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas. Requirements 2+ years experience in personal injury, preferably in a larger firm. Proficiency in legal drafting and research methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in Massachusetts litigation is a plus. Additional compensation available via referral fees, as well as annual bonuses for high performing individuals.
