Job Description

Legal Innovators Seeks Full-Time Junior Attorneys - Fall 2027 Legal Innovators offers a path into Big Law and corporate legal departments. We hire graduating law students as full-time, salaried junior attorneys. We train and coach you, then place you with one of our clients, an AmLaw 100 or 200 firm or a corporate legal department, for up to two years. You are embedded with the client and take on the work of a junior associate alongside the associates the firm hired through its own summer program. During the placement, participants receive hands-on experience, mentorship, coaching and ongoing professional development through Legal Innovators. Our approach works—about 85-90% of Legal Innovators' attorneys are hired permanently by their placement organizations, with over 85% of those hired at the end of the first year. How it Works You apply to Legal Innovators, and we hire you. You are our employee, with a salary and benefits. You train with us. Before and during your placement you work through our training and coaching programs. That involves, among other things, participating in an intensive 4-week Accelerator Program, including corporate and litigation-based simulations and sessions on topics ranging from using AI to drafting pleadings to billing best practices, and working regularly with a professional coach to develop and strengthen the skills needed for long-term success. We match you with a client. Matching is based on the client's current needs and your practice and geographic preferences, keeping flexibility in mind. You work at the client for up to two years : You are embedded in its teams and included in its training, events and mentorship, the same as the junior attorneys the client hired directly. You keep a coach at Legal Innovators throughout . You have regular contact with a highly trained professional coach who knows you and is invested in your development. You receive ongoing feedback . This is formal and informal feedback from the client and shared with you as well as your coach for continuous development. Most attorneys receive a permanent offer from the client, often at the end of year one .

Who we are looking for:
Be a current 3L or an evening student graduating in Spring 2027 Have strong academic credentials (but there is no minimum GPA to be considered) Demonstrate high emotional intelligence. We value the ability to take direct feedback and act on it. Embrace flexibility, especially as it relates to geography and practice interest Possess exceptional writing and analytical skills, and ability to effectively communicate research into meaningful written work products Be dedicated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic Have excellent organizational and time-management skills. It is important to be reliable under pressure and take ownership of deadlines. Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, as well as adversaries and in formal legal proceedings Embrace teamwork and value collaboration

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected salary for this position is $110,000.00. Legal Innovators is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our team, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on Legal Innovators' estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. We offer a full range of elective health benefits including medical (PPO or HDHP/HSA, with in-area or out-of-area options), dental, vision, and life & AD&D insurance up to $500,000 in coverage; short- and long-term disability coverage; paid parental leave; an employee assistance program to help navigate life's challenges; and a 401(k) retirement plan with multiple fund options and eligibility to contribute on day of hire. Legal Innovators also offers bar dues support up to $350.00 annually and bar prep sessions with a professional coach prior to the July bar. This role will receive compensated time off through our Unlimited Paid Time Off program and 11 paid holidays.
