Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar (required) Position Overview Our client is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join its commercial litigation practice in Boca Raton, FL . This role is onsite and ideal for an attorney who can independently manage core litigation tasks while working closely with partners on active matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, with appropriate supervision. Draft and review pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence. Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice; assist with hearings, mediations, and trials as needed. Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations on case issues and next steps. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal teams. Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
