Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar (required) Position Overview Our client is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join its commercial litigation practice in Boca Raton, FL . This role is onsite and ideal for an attorney who can independently manage core litigation tasks while working closely with partners on active matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, with appropriate supervision. Draft and review pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence. Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice; assist with hearings, mediations, and trials as needed. Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations on case issues and next steps. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and internal teams. Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar license in good standing (required) Minimum 2 years of commercial litigation experience (required) Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Experience handling discovery and drafting substantive motions Ability to work onsite in Boca Raton and collaborate in-office Preferred Qualifications Deposition experience and/or first-chair hearing experience Exposure to business disputes, contract claims, or complex commercial matters Strong client-facing presence and comfort managing multiple deadlines Benefits Competitive base salary 125K+ (commensurate with experience) Bonus potential Health benefits and PTO Professional development/mentorship and clear growth path
