Salary:
$100k-$140k+ Associate Attorney Our client is a dynamic and client-focused law firm based in Bradenton, FL, dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services across real estate, business transactions, litigation, estate planning, and more. They are seeking a talented and driven Associate Attorney to become an integral part of their team! The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting thorough legal research, and negotiating on behalf of clients. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment where your skills can make a real impact. Table:
Strong research skills with the ability to prepare thorough, well-organized legal documents Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills A proactive problem-solving attitude and dedication to client service Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing multiple priorities effectively
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal setting Familiarity with real estate, business, or litigation law Additional language skills or certifications that enhance your legal expertise
Required Education & Experience:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active state bar license in Florida or ability to obtain one rapidly Prior experience in legal research, document drafting, and client representation
Additional Requirements:
This role requires on-site presence in Bradenton, FL Willingness to handle court appearances and legal negotiations as necessary
