This position if in office 5 days per week. The Intake Specialist serves as the firm's first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is responsible for high-quality intake screening, retainer follow-up, and client communication. The ideal candidate combines strong customer service instincts, sales awareness, and excellent organizational discipline . Key Responsibilities Intake & Client Conversion Answer inbound calls from prospective personal injury clients Conduct structured intake interviews in English and Spanish Build rapport and confidence with potential clients Gather and accurately document case facts in the case management system Route intake calls promptly and efficiently to attorneys Track and follow up on unsigned retainers Client Communication Serve as a professional and empathetic point of contact for clients Provide status updates as appropriate Route legal questions to appropriate team members Maintain high client satisfaction standards Enter and update data in case management system Support other administrative and legal assistant tasks as needed Follow-Up & Task Management Maintain daily follow-up lists Ensure no prospective client or task "falls through the cracks" Required Qualifications
