Job Description
First Party Property Associate Overview:
Our firm is currently collaborating with a distinguished full-service defense law firm boasting 19 offices and over 127 lawyers nationwide. Seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property and/or underinsured motorist defense litigation. The role involves taking depositions, conducting site inspections, attending court hearings, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting in trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required, along with excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills.Expectations:

Requirements:
