Fenstersheib Law Group, P.A. is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are a busy, established personal injury law firm representing clients in a wide range of personal injury matters. We are looking for an attorney who is confident in the courtroom, understands the litigation process from start to finish, and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. Position Responsibilities Manage a personal injury caseload from the initiation of litigation through resolution Develop and implement litigation strategies based on the facts and circumstances of each case Conduct and defend depositions Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings Negotiate with insurance companies, defense counsel, and opposing parties Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial when necessary Review medical records, bills, expert reports, and other case documentation Communicate effectively with clients and keep clients informed regarding the status of their cases Work closely with case managers, paralegals, and other attorneys to effectively move cases forward Maintain accurate and timely case notes and documentation Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and settlement opportunities Handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and attention to detail Qualifications Florida Bar admission in good standing 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred Strong knowledge of Florida personal injury law and civil litigation procedures Experience taking and defending depositions Experience handling hearings, mediations, and litigation matters independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent negotiation and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Trial experience is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator who is hands-on, driven, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of their cases .
