Taylor, Day, GrimmBoyd is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing Construction Defect Litigation practice. What You'll Do:

Manage and drive construction defect litigation matters from inception through resolution Develop case strategy and work directly with clients to provide proactive counsel and exceptional service Collaborate with a litigation team to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes Contribute to a culture that values professionalism, mentorship, and community engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

3-5 years of substantive experience in construction defect litigation Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Preferred:

Prior experience using ProLaw
