Job Description

Our client, a highly respected Elite law firm with a robust trust and probate litigation practice, is seeking a skilled and motivated Trust Litigation Attorney for their PBG office . This is a unique opportunity for an attorney to grow professionally in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment. •This is a great role for someone who is trying to get away from insurance defense Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, including conducting factual investigations, managing discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, communicating with clients, and generally managing cases with a high degree of autonomy. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate and trust litigation matters. Qualifications 1 to 5 years of civil litigation experience Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing Strong academic credentials Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong courtroom presence and client advocacy skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives who are looking to grow their practice in a supportive and dynamic environment.
