This is a unique opportunity for an attorney to grow professionally in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment. •This is a great role for someone who is trying to get away from insurance defense Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, including conducting factual investigations, managing discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, communicating with clients, and generally managing cases with a high degree of autonomy. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex estate and trust litigation matters.
