Job Description
Must have a Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school and feel comfortable in a court room in front of a judge. Firm only practices in civil law including but not limited to: commercial disputes, landlord/tenant law, real estate law, business transactions, construction litigation, contract review and drafting, arbitration, depositions, and mediation. Looking for an attorney with at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. A background or experience in criminal law, personal injury, or family law is not preferred. Candidate must communicate well, be highly organized, and be able to prioritize and adjust case work as necessary. Candidate must be willing to learn and work well with co-workers and clients.
