Job Description Lead disputes involving customer non-payment, contract enforcement, fee recovery, and commercial matters from initial escalation through resolution. Develop practical litigation and dispute resolution strategies that balance recovery, risk, cost, and business objectives. Handle arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and litigation matters while coordinating with outside counsel when needed. Draft demand letters, pleadings, settlement agreements, legal correspondence, and other dispute-related documents.
