Job Description
Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified Counsel to join its premier Restructuring Practice in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles or New York. Qualified candidates should have at least 10 years of law firm experience representing secured lenders and/or other creditors in bankruptcy proceedings (including DIP financing and cash collateral use, plans of reorganization and asset dispositions) and out-of-court workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, asset dispositions, liability management transactions and assignments for the benefit of creditors. This position is a great opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with strong communication skills. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and analytical skills are required. The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000 - $470,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
