Job Description
Junior Litigation Associate Growing litigation practice is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join its team. This position is designed for an early-career attorney who is eager to develop strong litigation and courtroom skills while working closely with experienced trial attorneys. Unlike heavily client-facing roles, this opportunity focuses on hands-on litigation training, substantive legal work, and courtroom exposure from the start. Responsibilities Assist with all phases of litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and case analysis Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings Support trial preparation and litigation strategy development Qualifications 0-2 years of litigation experience Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Interest in developing courtroom and trial experience Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Licensed or awaiting bar results in applicable jurisdiction preferred Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney seeking meaningful litigation experience, mentorship, and the ability to build a strong foundation as a trial attorney early in their career.
