Part-Time Associate Attorney - Estate Planning & Business Law Marketti Law Firm, LLC | Frankfort, Illinois Marketti Law Firm is a rapidly growing boutique law firm in Frankfort, Illinois, focused on estate planning and business law. We are looking for a Part-Time Associate Attorney to join our team and grow with the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful client work, hands-on experience, mentorship, and flexibility without the traditional big-firm environment. We are willing to train the right person. Prior estate planning experience is helpful, but it is not required. We care more about finding someone who is smart, motivated, kind, detail-oriented, great with people, and eager to learn. What You'll Do The associate will work directly with the firm's founder and assist with matters including:
- Estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
- Client meetings and estate planning consultations
- Reviewing and drafting estate planning documents
- Trust funding and related client follow-up
- Business formations, operating agreements, contracts, business sales, and other transactional business matters
- Legal research and document review
- Helping provide an exceptional experience for our clients As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to take greater ownership of client matters and develop your own relationships with clients and professional referral partners. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate:
- Is licensed to practice law in Illinois
- Has excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
