Job Description

Personal Injury / Workers' Compensation Attorney (Plaintiff) We are looking to add an attorney to our team who wants to focus their practice on helping individuals navigate the legal challenges that come after an injury. Our practice is centered around representing injured workers and individuals who have been harmed due to the negligence of others. We are looking for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, takes ownership of their cases, and wants to be involved in every stage of the process — from initial consultation through settlement or trial. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, or civil litigation who is looking for meaningful case responsibility and the opportunity to continue developing as a litigator.
What You'll Do:
Handle a variety of personal injury and workers' compensation matters Meet with clients, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies Manage cases through negotiations, discovery, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement materials Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and other parties Work closely with attorneys and support staff to move cases forward effectively
What We're Looking For:
JD with IL license. Experience handling personal injury, workers' compensation, or litigation matters preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage cases independently while working within a collaborative team Someone who enjoys advocating for clients and building strong relationships
