Role Overview:

YLSLG seeks an associate attorney who shares the passion for real estate law and litigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in litigation and/or real estate law and impeccable writing and research skills. Experience with billable hours is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Handle real estate matters with precision and attention to detail Collaborate with our experienced legal team on complex assignments and projects Provide exceptional legal counsel to YLSLG's diverse clientele Meet client and court expectations and deadlines

Qualifications:

Active license to practice law with an Indiana law firm At least 2 years of litigation and/or real estate law practice experience is strongly preferred Excellent research, writing, and communication skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively

Notable Projects:

YLSLG has contributed to several significant public improvement projects as part of internationally award-winning land acquisition teams. These include the largest bridge project and five sections of the largest new-terrain highway project in the United States.
