Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a variety of business transactions and related legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other transaction documents. Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients and team members. Analyze complex legal and business issues and develop effective solutions. Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while working effectively under pressure. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality results and excellent client service. Qualifications Licensed Indiana attorney in good standing. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. At least two years of experience in business transactions or a related practice area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent legal writing and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. Strong team-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving positive results for clients.
