Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary Range:

$75,000

• Represent clients Family Law matters
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Attend hearings and court proceedings
• Conduct legal research
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• Manage caseload independently
• Collaborate with staff and attorneys
• Participate in firm growth and marketing efforts Qualifications
• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Licensed in Kansas
• Family Law experience preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and collaboration skills
• Experience with MyCase (case management system) a plus Performance Expectations
• Effective case management and timely progression
• High-quality legal writing and advocacy
• Consistent client communication and responsiveness
• Strong courtroom performance and professionalism
• Contribute to firm success and collaboration
