Nurtury is seeking a Bilingual Family Partner to support families in our Family Child Care (FCC) network. You'll be the connector between families, educators, and community partners by helping families access resources, set developmental goals, and navigate the systems that support their children.
What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with families, FCC Educators, and community agencies Conduct
ASQ/ASQ-SE
screenings for newly enrolled children Facilitate parent trainings, workshops, and family engagement activities Represent Nurtury at community events Complete required reports and documentation Full job description available upon request
You:
Have strong proficiency in Spanish / English bilingual literacy ( required ) Hold an Associate's Degree in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field ( preferred ) Are knowledgeable about early childhood education, social services, and community resources Are experienced in supporting families from diverse or underserved communities Are culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential information Are able to travel locally ( required )

$50,000
  • $55,000 $5000 sign-on bonus Full Time, Monday
