  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Family Partner to join our Family Resource Center (FRC) team.
The FRC is part of a statewide network of community-based programs offering multicultural parenting resources, support groups, and early childhood services. Our goal is to help families strengthen their bonds, connect with others, and engage in their communities. As a Family Partner, you will assist families by drawing on your own lived experience related to CRA issues or children with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage and support individuals and families from culturally and economically diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and collaborate with clinicians to support CRA-involved youth or those at risk. Develop and execute creative and "outside the box" interventions to support individuals and/or families. Develop culturally sensitive, strengths-based family support plans that address identified needs and preferences Create and implement innovative interventions to support individuals and families Lead assigned workshops or groups, including Evidence-Based Parenting Groups.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Lived experience with this population Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Fluent in
Spanish or Portuguese Schedule:
