Job Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking an Attorney to support clients with estate planning and trust and estate administration matters. This role works closely with individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners to create thoughtful legal strategies tailored to complex personal and financial objectives. The position offers the chance to build lasting client relationships while partnering with a collaborative legal team on sophisticated planning and administration work.
Prepare and refine a range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments aligned with client needs.
Guide fiduciaries and beneficiaries through trust and estate administration matters, ensuring legal obligations are handled accurately and efficiently.
Counsel individuals and business owners on transfer tax considerations and planning approaches that reflect their financial circumstances.
Oversee the settlement process for estates and trusts, including reviewing assets, coordinating distributions, and resolving administration issues.
Work directly with clients to assess personal, family, and business priorities and translate them into practical legal solutions.
Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals across the firm to deliver well-rounded advice on complex planning and administration matters.

$100,000 - $160,000 (depending on experience) + great benefitsSchedule:
