Employment Litigation Associate Greater Boston, MA | Full Time | Direct Hire | Onsite $120,000-$145,000 DOE A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3-6 years of civil litigation experience who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to develop or expand their employment law practice. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who can manage multiple matters, work independently, and collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of civil litigation and pre-litigation matters Conduct legal research and factual investigation Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties Assist with case strategy and work closely with partners and other team members Develop expertise in employment law and related litigation Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active Massachusetts Bar admission 3-6 years of civil litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities Strong client-service skills and professional judgment Employment law experience or interest is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits $120,000-$145,000, depending on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) matching PTO and paid holidays Year-end bonus opportunities Collaborative, supportive work environment with an emphasis on work-life balance Free parking Apply today to learn more about this opportunity!
