This role ensures product availability, accurate stock levels, and compliance with company standards while supporting sales and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily smallwares operations to ensure product availability, organization, and presentation Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stock control, replenishment, and monitoring Ensure all products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to company standards Supervise and manage department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and performance expectations Coordinate merchandising, product placement, and promotional displays Monitor inventory trends, discrepancies, and shrink to identify and address concerns Oversee receiving and stocking activities to ensure accurate processing and placement of product Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational standards Qualifications Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operations Strong understanding of inventory control and merchandising Experience leading or managing a team Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools Preferred Qualifications Experience managing smallwares or similar merchandise Familiarity with inventory systems and operational controls Background in high-volume retail or wholesale environments Work Environment / Expectations Primarily retail or warehouse environment. Requires standing, walking, and handling products for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on department needs.
