$140-185K+ Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a full-time Family Law Attorney to join their growing practice! This role involves managing a range of family law matters from start to finish, including litigation, client counseling, and settlement negotiations. Candidates should be comfortable in the courtroom and managing sensitive complex matters. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and related issues Draft, file, and argue motions Conduct depositions and manage discovery Represent clients in court proceedings Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on clients' behalf Qualifications 5-15+ years of experience practicing family law Strong knowledge of Massachusetts family law and court procedures Experience drafting motions and handling litigation matters Proficiency in conducting depositions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required, New Hampshire a plus!
