The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M&A and private equity transactions, with a strong understanding of acquisition agreements and related documentation. Duties Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents. Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle. Manage internal and external client relationships effectively. Collaborate on middle-market deal structures. Requirements 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Proven track record in M&A and private equity transactions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in the office at least three days per week. Education JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Licensed or eligible for licensure in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
