Duties Review invention disclosure documents and conduct meetings. Conduct prior searches and analyze patentability. Draft patent applications. Review USPTO office actions and formulate response strategies. Manage U.S. and foreign dockets. Analyze patents for due diligence and freedom to operate analyses. Requirements USPTO admission preferred. At least one year of patent prosecution experience. Experience with AI, machine learning, software, and hardware technologies. Prior law firm experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
