Job Description

Growing law firm in Montgomery County, Maryland seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney. We are looking for a Civil Litigator who is interested in branching out into Immigration litigation to help us defend our clients in Removal Proceedings and to join our growing Detained Immigration Law Practice. This includes multi-state Federal Habeas Corpus litigation. 3-5 years experience in Civil Litigation required. Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland. Federal Civil Litigation experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a big plus. Must be willing to hit the ground running and jump into a very busy trial schedule in 2026. Must be a team player, collegial, flexible, hard-working, organized, and focused. Must be passionate about helping a vulnerable population manage the legal processes they are in. Must be willing to learn new practice areas. Salary commensurate with experience.
