On-Site Prior Plaintiff Personal Injury and/or Insurance Defense experience is required for this role. Responsibilities may include:
  • Managing personal injury and workers' compensation cases
  • Providing litigation support and case strategy
  • Negotiating claims and settlements
  • Advocating for clients throughout the legal process
  • Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties
  • Reviewing and preparing legal documents
  • Developing case strategies and pursuing favorable outcomes
  • Maintaining organized and accurate case files
  • Collaborating with support staff and other attorneys
