We are seeking a skilled Recertification Specialist with a specialization in Sec 8 housing requirements . The software utilized by the leasing office is OneSite , so experience with that is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate will be organized, have great attention to detail and remain task-oriented. Active leasing will not be required for this role, as the community is fully leased, so your main task will be ensuring resident folders are in compliance. You will work with residents to explain documentation they need to provide, help deliver documentation to be signed and keep folders organized. The community hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on weekdays.

Qualifications:

Section 8 Recertifications experience OneSite software experience. Multi-family property management industry experience
