Job Description

Most sales roles leave you to sink or swim — build your own pipeline, figure out your own training, hope for the best. This one's different. You get the autonomy of running your own client relationships, backed by a firm that fills your calendar with qualified prospects and gives you a dedicated support team to lean on. The Opportunity Sentinel Asset Management works with clients 59+ who have $1M+ in investable assets, helping them plan for retirement income through annuities and investment strategies. You'll meet with prospects generated through our seminars and marketing, guide them through a two-step planning conversation, and close business. What Makes This Role Different You're not cold calling or buying your own leads — seminars and prospects are provided A dedicated Paraplanner handles plan preparation so you can stay focused on clients All marketing and overhead costs are covered by the firm Real training on the process, not a "sink or swim" onboarding Day-to-Day Meet with prospects from company-run seminars and marketing campaigns Run discovery conversations to understand each client's goals and situation Present tailored retirement income plans and close aligned clients Conduct periodic reviews to maintain long-term client relationships Keep accurate documentation in line with compliance standards Support You'll Have Dedicated Paraplanner for plan prep and administrative work All leads and seminar appointments provided — no cold calling Top performers earn $250K+ Hands-on training on Sentinel's planning process 401(k) with 4% match Flexible scheduling around business hours Education & Licensing Series 65 (preferred) Life & Health Insurance License (preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree advantageous Advanced credentials strongly preferred (CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, Certified Financial Fiduciary, or equivalent) Licensing can be obtained, but doing so extends the ramp-up period by approximately 45-60 days. Earning Potential This is a commission-based role with no ceiling on income — top performers are earning $250,000+ on target. Interested? Apply today.
